We encourage you to apply and give us a chance to evaluate your skills and experience – even if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements! We are all learning on the job, and although the listing above has been carefully compiled, we are also open-minded and interested to hear about the value you can bring to the role and Extantia.
“How can I demonstrate that I have particular needs in the application process?”

“What does the interview process look like?”
The process follows the same procedure for every candidate: getting to know team members through two to three conversations about Extantia, your experience, and your interests. As part of the process, we usually run through a skill-screening (e.g. a case challenge). A final reference call with a former colleague/manager of yours gives additional insight into your needs and wishes that we aim to factor in for your personal development plan. We emphasize transparency and the absence of surprise throughout the process.
